Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Our commitment
The Jackpot Guide is built to be usable by everyone in the jackpot community, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard across our website and app, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox.
2. What we do
We design for good color contrast, clear typography, and layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops. Images that convey information carry text descriptions, interactive controls are labeled, and we support keyboard navigation and the text-size and reduced-motion settings your device provides.
3. Known limitations
Some content comes from producers — most notably event flyers, which are uploaded images. We show the event details as real text alongside every flyer so the information isn’t locked inside a picture, but the flyer image itself may not be fully described. We’re continually improving how much flyer information is available as structured text.
4. Tell us about a barrier
If you run into something that’s hard to use or a barrier that keeps you from an event listing, we want to fix it. Email info@thejackpotguide.com with the page or screen and what happened, and we’ll work with you to provide the information you need and address the issue.
