Automatic Renewal & Subscription Terms
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These Automatic Renewal and Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern paid producer subscriptions and related purchases offered by The Jackpot Guide, LLC (“The Jackpot Guide,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website and mobile application. These Subscription Terms supplement and form part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing a subscription or otherwise enrolling in an automatically renewing plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
1. Subscription plan
The Jackpot Guide offers a single producer subscription, the Producer Membership, which includes every producer feature. You may be billed either:
- Monthly: $99 per month; or
- Annually: $990 per year (equivalent to 2 months free).
The membership automatically renews at the end of each billing period — monthly or annual, as selected — at the then-current subscription price unless and until it is cancelled in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
Members may also purchase an optional Featured add-on for $49 per event. The Featured add-on is a one-time charge for the selected event, runs up to 30 days through the end of that event, and does not automatically renew.
2. No free trial
The Producer Membership does not include a free trial. Because the value of the membership is delivered immediately — you can publish and promote a live event the moment you subscribe — your subscription begins and your first charge occurs on the date of purchase.
If you subscribe and have not used the membership, you may request a refund as described in Section 10 and in our Refund Policy. You may also cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.
3. Automatic renewal authorization
By selecting the subscription, checking the applicable consent box, and clicking the enrollment or purchase button, you expressly authorize The Jackpot Guide and Stripe, as payment processor, to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed subscription price on the date of purchase and on a recurring basis thereafter — every month for monthly billing, or every year for annual billing — until you cancel.
Your authorization includes applicable taxes and any price change that takes effect after legally required notice has been provided. You may withdraw your authorization for future charges by cancelling the subscription as described below.
4. Billing through Stripe
All subscriptions are processed through Stripe. This includes subscriptions started on The Jackpot Guide website and subscriptions started inside the mobile application, where the app opens the same Stripe web checkout in an in-app browser. The Jackpot Guide does not currently use Apple in-app purchase billing.
Stripe collects and processes payment-card information. The Jackpot Guide does not receive or store full payment-card numbers, although we may receive and retain subscription and transaction information such as the selected plan, billing status, renewal date, Stripe customer or subscription identifier, invoices, refunds, and cancellation status.
5. Point-of-sale disclosure and consent
Before you purchase a subscription, the checkout flow displays the subscription price, the monthly or annual renewal frequency, cancellation terms, and refund policy immediately above the purchase button.
You must affirmatively check an unchecked consent box acknowledging the automatic renewal terms before the purchase button becomes available. The button identifies the current subscription price and billing period.
We may retain records reasonably necessary to document your authorization, including the acknowledgment status, disclosure version, date and time, internet protocol address, selected plan, and Stripe subscription metadata.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through the “Manage or Cancel Subscription” control available in your producer dashboard and billing screen. That control opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can select the cancellation option and confirm your request online.
Cancellation is ordinarily scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to paid subscription features through the stated access-until date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Deleting the mobile application, deleting or abandoning a browser session, failing to use the service, or removing a payment method does not by itself cancel an active subscription.
7. Post-purchase acknowledgment
After enrollment, we will send or provide access to a retainable confirmation identifying the selected plan, subscription price, billing frequency, first-charge date, automatic-renewal terms, and instructions for managing or cancelling the subscription.
Before each renewal where required by applicable law, and before any price increase, we will provide the notice described in these terms. Failure to receive a notice does not prevent a properly disclosed renewal charge, except where applicable law states otherwise.
8. Cancellation confirmation
When cancellation is scheduled, we will provide a confirmation stating that the subscription is set to end, the date through which access will continue, and that no further renewal charge is scheduled after the effective cancellation date.
Certain producer content or account information may remain saved after a subscription ends so that the producer may resubscribe, subject to our Privacy Policy, account-deletion process, legal retention obligations, and applicable law.
9. Subscription charges and failed payments
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and a valid payment method. If a charge is declined, Stripe may retry the payment, request updated payment information, or take other steps permitted by its services.
The Jackpot Guide may temporarily continue access during a payment-retry period, suspend paid features, or cancel the subscription if payment is not successfully completed.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription prices do not include applicable taxes. Taxes may be added to the amount charged.
10. Refunds
If you subscribe to a Producer Membership and have not used it, you may request a full refund of your most recent membership charge within 30 days of that charge. What counts as “using” the membership, and how to request a refund, are described in our Refund Policy.
Except as provided in the Refund Policy or where required by applicable law, subscription payments and Featured add-on purchases are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, partial billing periods, account inactivity, or cancellation after a charge has been processed.
11. Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Before a price increase takes effect, we will provide advance notice in the manner and within the time required by applicable law.
The notice will identify the current price, new price, effective date, first billing date at the new price, and how to cancel before the new price applies.
Unless affirmative consent is required by applicable law, continued subscription after the effective date of a properly noticed price change constitutes acceptance of the new price. Cancelling before the change takes effect will prevent future renewal at the new price.
12. Changes to the plan or features
We may modify the features included in the subscription, provided that we do not materially misrepresent the service purchased. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
If you change your billing period, the timing of the change, any prorated amount, and the next renewal price will be disclosed before the change is completed.
13. Consent and transaction records
We may retain records reasonably necessary to administer subscriptions, document renewal authorization, prevent fraud, address disputes or chargebacks, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and demonstrate compliance.
Such records may include the date and time of consent, account identifier, selected plan, price, disclosure version, acknowledgment status, internet protocol address, Stripe identifiers, invoices, renewal history, and cancellation status.
14. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law. If the law of your jurisdiction provides greater cancellation, notice, refund, or renewal rights, those legal requirements will control.
15. Changes to these Subscription Terms
We may revise these Subscription Terms from time to time. If a change materially affects an existing automatically renewing subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. The Effective Date above indicates when the current version became effective.
